On the handheld device, please do the following:

Click on Settings, Control Panel:

Click in Date & Time:

Select your Time Zone and check the Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings if it applies: 

You can click directly into the Year and type in the current year, rather than using the up and down arrow:

Set the Month:

Click on the day of the month and click apply:

Close the Settings Window and Click on Settings, Taskbar:
