HTC Gateway - How to Scan for Wireless Sensors

Click on Sensors, Scan for Wireless Sensors, then select the range of sensors that you within the field of interrogation.
If you are not sure and/or you would like the HTC Gateway to try as hard as it can to locate the Wireless Sensors, select the Highest Power - Farthest (2,000 Sensors Field of Range):

After the sensors are located, you will be prompted to Save the Project.  You can enter a Project Name at this time, or Close the Windows and Save the Project after you remove any Sensors you do not want in your Project:

You can remove any Sensors you do not want in your Project by highlighting them, then click on Sensors, Delete Sensor:
you can highlight multiple sensors by holding down the Ctrl-key and/or the Shift-key

Why did the HTC Gateway not located all of my Sensors when I ran the Scan for Wireless Sensors?
- It is possible for sensors to be too close to the HTC Gateway to properly communicate due to being overpowered by the radio.
- sensors can be in a location where something is interfering with them, like a handheld radio or base station running in the 900 Mhz frequency
- something may be blocking the radio signal, such as high-voltage electrical transformers
- in some cases, positioning the sensors a little differently will cause them to begin communicating.
- repositioning the antennas on the  HTC Gateway for the best line-of-site from the antennas to the wireless sensors may correct the issue.
